English: 9700 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, Washington and the adjoining 2351 NE 98th St (the latter built 2008) on the site of the former Oriental Gardens nursery, along Willow Creek, between Lake City Way NE and Ravenna Avenue NE. Probably best known as the Dexter + Chaney Building; Dexter + Chaney moved in in 1999 and later merged into Portland-based Viewpoint, which left the site in either late 2020 or early 2021. The older building was originally Weightwatchers. Some of the original Oriental Gardens landscaping remains, especially along the creek.
